The Extra Fine Non-Woven Flap Disc is a specialized abrasive tool engineered for achieving the highest level of
surface finish. Unlike traditional abrasive discs, this product is constructed with a flexible, open web of
synthetic fibers, which are impregnated with a very fine grade of abrasive grain. This unique design provides a
gentle, controlled cutting action, preventing deep scratches and minimizing heat buildup and discoloration on the
workpiece.

With its standard 115mm diameter and a 22mm bore hole, it is perfectly suited for use on most angle grinders. This
disc is the ideal choice for applications that require a flawless, mirror-like finish, such as final polishing,
blending imperfections, and removing heat tinting from stainless steel.

It is also highly effective on a range of other materials, including aluminum and other non-ferrous metals, where a
