MINI GRINDING WHEEL 22.2MM

Description

The wheel is made of bonded Silicon Carbide and has a distinctive light green
colour.

It has a very high abrasive power and is mostly used on mineral based materials – stone,
porcelain, ceramic, glass etc.

Application – stone:

• Engraving
• Smoothing/finishing
• Carving

It can also be used on non-ferrous metals, such as aluminium, copper, brass

Application – non-ferrous metals:

• Sharpening
• Engraving
• Deburring
• Precision grinding

Application:

• Max rated RPM: 35 000 RPM
• Sharpening chisels, knife edges cutting tools and more.
• Removes sharp edges on cut metal parts.
• Refines contours in metal or stone.
• Removes rust, weld spatter, and surface coating.
• Ceramics: 20 000 – 30 000 RPM
• Glass: 20 000 – 30 000 RPM
• Stonework: 20 000 – 25 000 RPM

Grinding non-ferrous metals tend to gall and clog up
the grinding point. It is recommended to make use of a stone dresser

TC08424 to clean it up, should it become clogged.
