When you move into thicker coatings or want faster build and coverage, a 1.7mm setup gives your spray gun the breathing room it needs. The AirCraft SG AC2000-SK01-3 Nozzle & Needle Kit (1.7mm) is a matched replacement set for the Viper Series SG AC2000 spray gun range, designed as a service kit for the components referenced as parts 1, 6 and 14. If your gun is pulsing, spitting, struggling to flow heavier material, or refusing to shut off cleanly even after a proper clean, worn nozzle/needle surfaces are often the culprit. This kit restores sealing, improves flow control and helps bring back a consistent fan pattern for higher-flow spraying.
Needle and nozzle components wear together. Tiny scratches or deformed sealing surfaces can cause drips, poor atomisation and unstable flow. Replacing the matched set is often the most reliable way to restore performance—especially when running thicker materials.
