The AirCraft AT0015-36 ratchet pawl is a key engagement component inside the AT0015 3/8" air ratchet wrench. The pawl locks into the ratchet gear teeth to deliver positive drive while allowing controlled free movement in the opposite direction. A worn, chipped, or rounded pawl can cause slipping, poor engagement, inconsistent drive, or sudden loss of torque.
