The AirCraft AT0018-SK03 Service Kit is a front-end rebuild kit for the AT0018 Air Hydraulic Riveter, supplying the key nose piece components that guide the mandrel and support the riveter’s pulling action. The nose assembly takes constant wear: rivet heads seat against it, mandrels pass through it at speed, and mandrel debris can chew away at internal surfaces over time.
When nose components wear, you can see it in performance—poor rivet seating, slipping mandrels, inconsistent pulls, or a front end that no longer feels tight and accurate. This kit replaces the primary nose piece components (items 1–8), helping restore proper fitment, smoother action, and dependable riveting results in workshop and production use.
