The AirCraft SG-H827-3 Spare Nozzle Kit 2.0mm is a replacement nozzle set for the AirCraft H827 spray gun.
The nozzle kit is the precision trio that decides whether your finish looks professional or painful: the needle, fluid nozzle and air cap meter material and atomise it into a controlled fan. As these parts wear, get scratched, or collect stubborn residue, the gun starts misbehaving—spitting, poor atomisation, uneven fan edges and dripping from a needle that no longer seals cleanly.
A 2.0mm setup is typically chosen when you want very high material flow for heavier coatings or faster coverage (application dependent). Fit a fresh nozzle set and your H827 can deliver stronger flow with better consistency and cleaner shut-off.
