A spray gun is only as controllable as its trigger. If your trigger feels sticky, sloppy, inconsistent, or it’s not returning cleanly, it’s hard to keep coats even and your finish suffers. The AirCraft SG AC2000-SK03 Trigger Kit is designed for the Viper Series SG AC2000 spray gun range and replaces the components referenced as parts 25 and 32–34. This service kit refreshes the trigger assembly hardware so you can get back to smooth actuation, predictable control and cleaner results—especially on finishing work where small trigger movements make a big difference.
Trigger components wear over time and can also be affected by dirt, dried paint and overspray build-up. Replacing worn pins/clips and trigger parts helps restore proper movement, reduces play and improves consistent paint metering.
