**Return and Refund Policy**

**1. Eligibility:**

   – Our return and refund policy is applicable to all products purchased through www.nationaltools.co.za.

   – To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must meet the following criteria:

     – The product is in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging.

     – The request for a return and refund is made within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery.

**2. Refund Method:**

   – Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase.

   – In some cases, store credit may be offered as an alternative.

**3. Return Process:**

   – To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

     – Contact our customer support team at info@nationaltools.co.za or +27 64 946 2363 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

     – Complete the RMA form provided by our team, including your order details and reason for the return.

     – Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.

     – Ship the item to National Tools & Safety, T30 Touleier Street, Donkerhoek, Pretoria, 1000, RSA.

   – Once we receive the returned item and it is inspected, we will process the refund or exchange accordingly.

**4. Condition of Items:**

   – Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Items that show signs of use, damage, or are not in their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

**5. Non-Returnable Items:**

   – The following items are non-returnable:

     – Personalized or custom-made products.

     – Perishable goods.

     – Downloadable digital products.

     – Gift cards.

**6. Return Shipping:**

   – Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless otherwise stated.

**7. Restocking Fees:**

   – We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.

**8. Exchanges:**

   – We offer exchanges for items of the same value or for a different size or variation, subject to availability.
