When you need more material flow for heavier coatings, a larger nozzle/needle set makes all the difference. The AirCraft SG AB17G-2 Nozzle/Needle Kit (1.7mm) is designed for the AB17G spray gun and replaces the matched components that control fluid delivery and atomisation. It’s ideal for servicing a worn set or setting up the gun for higher-flow applications where a 1.4mm setup may feel restrictive. Replace the worn parts and you’ll restore a cleaner fan pattern, steadier flow and more predictable spraying—especially with thicker materials that demand a bit more “throughput”.
The needle and nozzle are engineered to work together. If one is worn, scratched or damaged, you can get drips, poor atomisation and inconsistent flow. Replacing them as a matched set is the most reliable way to restore performance and reduce repeat issues.
